Rob to the rescue! A previous contractor improperly treated some
shower accent pieces and there was significant water damage.
Unable to know the full extent of the damage, Rob quoted a
"worst-case" scenario of a complete shower fix up which was very
similar to other quotes we had gotten. Once the extent of the
damage was known, Rob got to work and only did what was needed
to be done. Throughout the process, I noted his careful
attention to detail, his good nature, and flexibility to get the
job done right.
When it came to the final bill, his total was very close to what
I had calculated it might be. Honesty, integrity, and
reliability are sometimes hard to find but Rob has got them in
'spades'! We will definitely call upon him when it comes time
to do our basement renovations!
